We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your materials.

Conditions for Returns

• Materials must be in original, unused condition
• Custom-cut materials cannot be returned unless defective
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery/pickup
• Original receipt or order confirmation required

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive defective materials or the wrong items, contact us immediately. We'll make it right — either by replacing the materials or issuing a full refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned materials
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
